Allyship
The Allyship ERG aims to provide educational experiences on historically marginalized groups through diverse learning engagements. Together we watch, experience, read & listen in order to better educate ourselves on how to be active allies for others while empowering our teammates to do the same.

Blossom
Blossom is dedicated to creating community where Asian Descent can feel belonging and supported while also offering unique opportunities for members to grow personally and professionally. Our core pillars are Belonging, Leadership, Opportunity, Support, Savor, and Outreach.

ONYX
ONYX, (Opportunity, Networking, Yielding, Excellence) is the Seahawks & FGI's Black Employee Resource Group. ONYX is dedicated to providing a space where teammates feel safe, empowered, and have access to personal development opportunities.

Pride 365
At the Seahawks, we celebrate and support Pride year-round. Our mission within Pride 365 is to create a diverse and inclusive environment where LGBTQ+ teammates and allies alike can collaborate, advocate, and celebrate equality year-round. Through honoring our history, raising awareness, and providing resources: we are cultivating a safe space for personal and professional growth.

SOAR
SOAR, (Support, Opportunity, Advancement, Resources), is the Seahawks & FGI's Women Employee resource group. SOAR is dedicated to making a difference for the women in our workplace by raising the visibility of our available resources: including enrichment opportunities and mentorships. Together we fly higher!

TIDE
TIDE (Together, Inform, Destigmatize, Empower) is the Seahawks and FGI's Mental Health Employee Resource Group. TIDE provides a community for employees to come together and break the stigma around mental health by fostering a supportive work culture, spreading awareness on key mental health topics, and providing members and the greater Seattle community with tools to maintain strong wellbeing.
Cultural Celebrations

Juneteenth
Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the U.S., marking June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Texas learned of their freedom—over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. We celebrated with teammates by enjoying red and strawberry-flavored treats from PinkaBella, a small Black-owned business, honoring the tradition of red drinks brought from Africa that have become a staple of Juneteenth celebrations.

Pride
Each year, the Seahawks look forward to being a part of the Pride Parade in Seattle! Staff, Players, Legends, Blitz, the Seahawks Dancers, and more are all proud to be allies.

Hear Our Stories
Hear Our Stories is an internal speaker series within the Seahawks: designed to bring awareness to our cultural heritage months through storytelling. Players, Legends, and members of the community with connections to our topics are amongst the panel members.

Lunar New Year
The Seahawks celebrated Lunar New Year with a talented calligrapher crafting personalized names and fortunes for employees as a way to honor tradition and welcome good luck and prosperity for the year ahead.
